How To Use A Vibrator

It is common for most women to be apprehensive or anxious about their first time with a vibrator.  Try to relax and most importantly, take your time.  This is supposed to be fun.  If you put too much pressure on yourself you will rob the joy from the experience and ultimately make it much harder to achieve an orgasm.  After all, that is the goal right?

If you have already purchased your first vibrator, congratulations you are half way there.  If not, I recommend the Doc Johnson Velvet Touch Vibrator This is a great vibrator for beginners.  It’s…

How To Use A Vibrator

Get Familiar

Once you have your vibrator, learn how your new vibrator works.  Turn it off and on.  Practice adjusting the speeds and controlling any other functions your new vibrator may have.  And learn how to do these things without looking.  Once you “get into it” the last thing you are going to want is to stop to turn up the speed.

Set The Mood

Dim the lights.  Play soft music.  Watch a sexy scene in one of your favorite movies.  Picture the hot guy at work.  Do whatever works for you but most importantly…make sure you set aside enough time.  Ideally you are going to want at least a half an hour (an hour is better) where you know you will not be bothered.  You do not want to rush this.

Warm Up

Before you even think about turning on your vibrator, begin by touching your erogenous zones with your hands.  Rub your hands over your breasts.  Press your palm over your clitoris.  When it is time to turn on your vibrator, start on the lowest setting and slide it over another part of your body (down your stomach or up your thigh) as your move towards your clitoris.

Listen to Your Body

Most women prefer to start by going for the clitoral orgasm but you may be different.  Explore and do what feels good.  If you think you want more intense vibrations then turn up the speed.  If it’s a bit too much, back it off.  Consider using lubrication for added comfort.  If you are ready to explore internally, go for it.  Maybe you’re a G-Spot Girl.  This can produce some of the most intense orgasms.

Whatever you do, take your time, have fun, if it hurts stop and try again later.  Getting comfortable and learning how to use a vibrator can be as much fun as having an orgasm…almost.

Don’t Get Frustrated

If you don’t orgasm immediately or even at all the first few times you try.  You’ll get there.  Practice makes perfect and this practice is fun.  Enjoy!
